Tiny Imps
End-User Licence Agreement
This agreement governs the installation and use of the Tiny Imps app and the imps it installs.
1. Acceptance
This End-User Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”) is concluded between you and Tiny Imps. By installing or using the Tiny Imps app or any imp (together, the “Software”), you accept this Agreement.
2. Grant of licence
Subject to this Agreement, Tiny Imps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use the Software included in your plan, on the number of computers permitted by your plan, while your trial or subscription is active.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- share your account or licence beyond the computers permitted by your plan;
- sell, rent, lend or sublicense the Software;
- modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Software, or circumvent its licence check, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- remove or alter any proprietary notice in the Software.
4. Machine-learning models
The Software contains machine-learning models that are the property of Tiny Imps and are licensed solely for use within the Software. You may not:
- extract, copy or decrypt the models, or remove them from the Software;
- use the models, or their outputs at scale, in or for the development of any other software or service, including by training or distilling other models.
This section does not restrict your use of the content you create with the Software.
5. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Tiny Imps reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement. All rights reserved. Content that you create with the Software belongs to you.
6. Third-party components
The Software includes third-party components, such as FFmpeg, ONNX Runtime and fonts, that are provided under their own licences, as listed on the licences page. Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under those licences.
7. Updates and data
The Software may update itself automatically and verifies the licence with the Tiny Imps service. Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Term and termination
This Agreement remains in effect while your trial or subscription is active. It terminates automatically when the trial or subscription ends, or if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, the Software ceases to function. Your projects and the content you created are not affected.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for keeping backups of your projects. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tiny Imps is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in this document limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Governing law and contact
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. All notices and requests are to be sent to support@tinyimps.com. See also the Terms of Service.
